Red Ruby Fruit Smoothie

What you need:

-7 Frozen Rasberries
-7 Frozen Strawberries
-3 scoops of  plain vanilla yogurt
-1 tbsp of Flax seed (optional)
-1 cup of orange juice

                                                                                                                         Tip: Honey is also good to blend in if you like it!

Directions:

Put all of your ingredients in your blender or Bullet.  Blend them all together. Then make sure all of your fruit and yogurt is blended. Then you have yourself a Red Ruby Fruit smoothie!

Yummy Pork


Herb  Crusted Pork Tenderloin
Adapted from Paula Dean's recipe

Ingredients

1 (4-pound) boneless pork loin, with fat left on 
1 cup of fresh spinach
3-4 slices of swiss cheese
1 cup of gorgonzola cheese
1 tablespoon salt 
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced 
1 teaspoon dried basil or 2 teaspoons fresh basil leaves 
1 teaspoon dried rosemary or 2 teaspoons minced fresh 
rosemary


Directions

Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. 

Place the pork loin on a rack in a roasting pan. Slice the pork down the side middle. Spread pork flat and layer spinach,swiss and gorgonzola cheese in the middle. Fold pork closed and use tooth picks and kitchen string and to tie closed. Combine the remaining ingredients in 
a small bowl. With your fingers, massage the mixture onto the pork loin, covering all 
of the meat and fat. 
Roast the pork for 30 minutes, then reduce the heat to 425 degrees F and roast for an 
additional hour. Test for doneness using an instant-read thermometer. When the 
internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F, remove the roast from the oven. Allow it 
to sit for about 20 minutes before carving. It will continue to cook while it rests.

Cream Cheese monkey Bread


Cream Cheese Monkey Bread
servings:12  Ready in:1 hour, 10 min


 1-2/3 cup dark brown sugar 2. 2/3 cup granulated sugar  3.1 tablespoon cinnamon  4.Two 12-ounce tubes refrigerated flaky buttermilk biscuits  5.One 8-ounce package cream cheese, cut into 20 cubes 6. 3⁄4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the sugars and cinnamon; set aside.
Slice 10 discs of dough from each tube of biscuits. Set discs on a flat surface and set one cube of cream cheese in the center of each piece of dough. Wrap edges of dough up and around the cheese so all that is visible is the top side of cream cheese cube. Place 10 dough-wrapped cheese cubes, cheese-side-up, in bottom of prepared pan. Top with half of the sugar mixture and half of the butter. Top with the remaining dough-wrapped cheese cubes, cheese-side-down, the remaining sugar and remaining butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Invert onto a serving platter and serve.
